Hilton Head House Of Honey is a local family owned business in Coligny Plaza. Jay Elliot, the previous owner of The Hilton Head Island House Of Jerky, opened the store in July of 2021.
Jay is not a beekeeper. He considers himself a “honey dealers “. He has built strong relationships with over 10 beekeepers from The Lowcountry and beyond

Recognizing that beekeepers rarely have adequate time to get their honey to market, Jay realized that a honey store with a “Honey Bar” was a win win for local beekeepers, the consumer and their business model.
